What is Cargo Damage Protection?

Did your product arrive broken or damaged? Yes, sometimes cargo officers may not be as sensitive as we are. No problem. If your product is damaged during cargo, we can send you a new one or refund your money. All you need to do is check your product with the cargo officer and have a report prepared in case of damage. After you contact us with your report, we will continue the entire process.

Applications without a damage report from the cargo officer will be deemed invalid.

All customers who place an order are deemed to have accepted these terms.
