Considered sacred in Polynesian mythology, this snake-like creature represents the continuous change of the life cycle. Rearranged into geometric forms in the design, the Gecko whispers that each fragile piece is actually a messenger of a more solid whole.”

In ancient Polynesian legends, the Gecko is considered the message carrier of the gods; while reproducing its tail as a protective symbol, each new line declares that the soul has opened a fresh page. This work, in the journey of renewal shown with angular patterns, tells how the individual can break down difficulties into pieces and use those pieces for his own integrity; just as the Gecko takes a step towards a stronger future with each broken tail.
