Remember when you were a kid and immersed yourself while playing on the street with your friends? It would get dark, it would be evening, and then our mothers would call us home. But let alone understanding how time passes, we could not let go of our games that we enjoyed. Moreover, even if we played from morning to night and were very tired, it was never enough and we wanted to play more. The flow theory describes exactly these situations, because an imaginary sea is formed into which we dive, and here we isolate ourselves from the outside by swimming a little and mostly by the movement of the waves in the sea pushing us. While we were playing games on the street for hours, we unconsciously got into this flow and could not get out of the flow unless there was an important stimulus. Sometimes this stimulus could be the darkening of the weather, and sometimes there could be reasons such as our mother calling us. In other words, our motivation and attention would remain focused on one point until it came to this point. The person is so focused and motivated on something (work, play, music, sports, worship, etc.) that the stimuli other than that thing remain uninspired. For example, the only reason why we do not realize that we are hungry or even delay our need for the toilet, whether it is playing a game on the computer or a project, is to enter the flow and lose our "self-awareness". “Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi” Flow theory emerged in 1975 as a result of the interviews of Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi (Pronunciation: Mihayi Çiksentmihayyi. Csikszentmihaly first noticed the streaming phenomenon when he saw the artists who lost themselves while passionately doing their job. Öz was one of our first designs in which we lost our self-awareness, and for this reason, we decided that the story of the product should be flow theory.
